A note: over the past 2 years, we have been asked more
and more to supply a "logs only" package for a certain size home.
This is the logs, lags, and gasket. If this is what you need, click on "HOME

CUSTOM KITS........
Many of our sales fall into the custom category. If you have a custom
kit in mind, we can price it for you.
If you see a model on our site that you like, but need to change a few
things to fit your needs, we've done that before.
Sales tax and shipping (F.O.B. Parish, NY) are not included in
kit prices. Please call for approx. shipping prices at [315-625-4710].

Included in our BASIC kits:
All wall logs, log foam gasket, log lags, windowbucks and exterior
doorbucks, log siding for box sill coverage if needed, ceiling beams where
applicable (these can be square, rectangular, or hand-peeled logs, per
request), solid log gable ends (most companies supply log siding for
this), porch posts (choice of square, two-sided, or round) and porch
headers, where applicable, and Peachtree windows and insulated steel exterior doors
(other brands available).
Included in our SHELL kits:
***All materials that you see listed in the basic kit
above***........PLUS roof trusses and/or rafters, roof plywood and
nails, felt paper, roofing shingles (steel roofs now available), roofing
nails, drip-edge, and roof cornice.
All Packages Listed in the pages below include
solid
gable end logs.
The listed prices for these kits are for
machine-peeled (D-style) logs with the Triple Tongue and Grooved
Weather-seal, in 7.5" height x 7.5" width. For the same kit, but
with another log profile that you see in our contractor price list,
the price will need some adjusting. Some of these will cost less,
some will cost more, depending on the log size and style.

- About half of our kits turn out to be customs. If you see a model
you like, but need to change a few things to fit your needs, we've taken
that road, too. Some folks have their own floor plan when they contact
us, and are just asking for a price.
- Log
pricing- this is buying your logs by the linear foot
- You can purchase just the wall logs, if that's all you need. If
you've been having trouble finding a "logs-only" kit, this might be the
answer for you.
