This page contains the lineal foot pricing for a variety of our different
wall logs. Scroll down to view prices per linear foot.
For some people, the preference is to purchase a
"logs-only" package. You may not be in the market for a complete kit price, and
would rather buy the other materials locally. The following are prices for our
Triple Tongue-in Grooved wall logs, by the linear foot. This price also includes
the log gasket and lags. Shipping charges and local sales taxes are additional.
All of the listed log sizes have V-notched flat
interiors and are available in both machined (D style) exteriors and hand-peeled
(draw-shaved) exteriors. We can also provide them with rounded interiors.
Examples of each are pictured in our color catalog. This is a 48 page book that
shows our products, with photos of completed structures and designs of the
individual logs. It explains why we designed our products the way we did, and it
gives practical advice about the log home industry and what you should be aware
of.
PLEASE NOTE: We also manufacture the
shiplapped log siding in both 5.5" high and 7.5" high sizes. Our siding has the
exact same exterior profile as the log profile. We have supplied siding kits for
entire homes instead of logs, depending on what the customer was after.

Pricing and common sense for your "logs-only" kit package:
.......If you're after just an addition, a garage, or a
hunting/fishing camp....
this is a good place to start looking for it.......
Keep in mind that all of these
logs are not only different in height, but in width as well . The larger logs
cost more for the log wall, but you'll have fewer courses to erect, less
hammering, and a better wall with more insulating power. (It's the old "you
get what you pay for")
If you are interested in solid log gables, call us to help figure the footage
necessary for your roof pitch.
We also produce ceiling beam
packages for the loft-style homes, and these are delivered on the same
truck as your wall logs. There are different beam styles you can choose from.
Most everyone now goes with the 4" x 8" ceiling beams, with an 8" x 10" center
beam. Where there is a cathedral ceiling, open to the roof, we can
supply clear-span full round drawshaved logs. Some of these have been as long

A 25% down payment will lock in
the log price and your delivery date for up to one year. Please do not wait
until one month before you need the logs before you call to order. We operate
on a first-come first-served basis, and we cannot accommodate you in that
short a time frame. These are good, fair prices, as you'll see by comparison
shopping. We need sufficient time (we prefer 10-12 weeks) to obtain the raw
materials and manufacture a good cabin log from them.
